ROUNDALAB provides Instructional Video Tapes for Dancers and Teachers. The tapes include the Actions, Movements, Rhythms and Figures within each rhythm through 1992. The format is alphabetical by Rhythm and then alphabetical by figures within each rhythm. The man and woman's part is narrated and shown separately, then as a couple. The Figure demonstrated is danced with an entry figure, the demonstrated figure, and an exit figure. Each tape contains the following rhythms and figures within the rhythm listed.
