What is Choreographed Ballroom Dancing?
It’s Ballroom Dancing with a ‘twist’.
The dances are pre-choreographed and a “cuer” announces the steps as the dance proceeds. Freed from memorized sequences and the complexities of leading and following, the dancers can focus on the steps and the rhythm (“the beat and the feet”), making this a killer way to learn how to dance.
This is a great form for beginners (easy to learn) and for more experienced dancers as there are so many rhythms and levels to dance. Also, the steps taught are internationally standardized (by us) so you can dance anywhere these dances are held (36 countries around the world).
