Please note the following:
1 – If you have multiple classes in the same facility, please list them all on one listing. The MAP view will only give one PIN per facility. You may duplicate this entry if you wish to have more than one line on the Table view.
2 – Please provide a complete address to the point where your facility PIN is showing on the display below the address fields. If you type the name of the facility in the first line, you may get one or more choices prompted by the map program. You may choose one or continue entering manually. If you choose one, the first line will not show the facility name, but the street address. This may be corrected, if you wish.
3 – Website URL entry must be a complete and direct listing. The best way to accomplish this is to open your website, copy the URL from the address bar of your browser and paste that into this field. Incomplete listings may result in error messages when trying to update the entry. Website is not required and may be added later.
