2026-27 Budget
The Board of Directors has reviewed the proposed budget and voted to recommend membership approval. Questions may be sent to roundalab@roundalab.org until March 9, 2026. Voting will commence for one 10-day period after the question period.
Why are we doing this now?
The ROUNDALAB Bylaws and Operating Procedures allow for budget approval before the start of the fiscal year (April 1). To accomplish this, the budget is presented electronically to the membership and adequate time allowed for review and questions. An optional live-online question time may also be scheduled. To approve the budget, 15% of eligible votes must be cast. In the event that the budget fails to pass due to lack of quorum or lack of affirmative votes, the budget will be modified and the process repeated.
