Cambria Hotel Waco reservation instructions
You may now make room reservations for RAL 50 Waco. Follow the instructions below under “CLICK HERE.” Where the form requests a “Reservation Number”, put the letter ‘R’ followed by your SSN last four digits. If you do not want to use your SSN Last Four, choose a 4-digit pin to put after the ‘R’ and record that number somewhere.Cambria Hotel Waco
We are making reservations under the NSDC room block. If you have not yet registered for NSDC and you are planning to stay for that event, your hotel room reservation will not be confirmed until you register for NSDC. You will receive an email upon completion of these forms confirming your reservation or requesting that you complete an NSDC registration.
First page – you will complete the following fields.
Board members should check in on 6/20/26 (board meetings start 9:00 a.m. on 6/21). Convention Attendees may check in on 6/20 or 6/21. If you are ONLY staying for RAL 50 Waco, your check out date is 6/25 (Thursday). There will be no RAL meetings on that Thursday, but Wednesday night will be our Award Dinner and Anniversary Dance. If you are staying through NSDC, your checkout date will be Sunday 6/28.
Click “Book Room” to advance to the second page where the first item is “Registration Number” This is a REQUIRED field. If you have registered for NSDC, use your NSDC registration number. If you have not, type ‘R’ followed by last 4 of SSN (or other 4 digit number you will remember).
There is a Five Dollar ($5.00) registration deposit which will be charged to your card on making your reservation. Hotel room cancellation policy is Six (6) days in advance.
Please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. This room block will be released on September 15, 2025 and from that date forward, you may not be able to get a room in the convention hotel. There are other hotels in the area and NSDC has room blocks in 10 of them, but only for NSDC – not RAL 50 Waco.
ATTENTION: Courtesy Hold Expires on 9/15/2025. Rooms not reserved by this date may not be available.
