Membership renewal period begins on January 1 annually. Early renewal discount is applied to all renewals received – received, not postmarked – by February 15. Late renewal penalties apply to all renewals received – received, not postmarked – after March 31.

To renew online, click “My Profile / My Account / Subscriptions” and select your subscription by click “View” and then “Renew Now”. A video of this process will be added to this page before January 1. You may use online renewal for ALL payment methods (including checks).

NEXT PAYMENT DATE your receipt may say “Next payment: March 31, 2026”. This is a result of current memberships being uploaded. Next year, you will renew your membership and the system will understand what you are renewing and provide correct expiry dates. Upon processing of payment, I ensure that all expiry dates are 2027.

If you are paying by CHECK or ZELLE, please look at the PDF Renewal form or the price list below for your correct CASH DISCOUNT rate and make your check out for that amount. The amount displayed on your online renewal form will not include your cash discount, but this will be corrected when your check is processed.

To renew by mail, submit the PDF Renewal Form with check payment or card information.

You may also call the office with your credit card information and make payment by phone. Renewing by phone will include an option for automatic renewal. International members please be aware that most international cards are rejected when entered from the office address.

• US membership (license purchased elsewhere*) – $177.00 cash $186.00 credit
• US membership (SESAC only, BMI/ASCAP elsewhere*) – $243.00 cash $256.00 credit
