Welcome to the Open Comment Period!

The Open Comment Period has now begun for Standards Committee proposals going to this year’s convention. ALL MEMBERS are asked to look at the proposals and make comments, whether you are attending this year’s convention or not. The committee would appreciate positive feedback as well as constructive criticism. The goal is to use your comments to make improvements to the pending proposals before they are published in the Journal and presented to the convention attendees for vote. We hope through this process to catch any issues or small mistakes, address them and thereby reduce the number of motions that must be sent back to committee. This saves time and avoids having good proposals delayed another year.

The DEADLINE for comments is March 3, 2026.
